How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Sign in with the same account, then open the paywall and tap Restore. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID, or on Android to your Google Play account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google Play. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Learn Lebnene. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Learn Lebnene. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. This deletes your account and your data. It does not cancel a subscription paid through Apple or Google Play.
My progress is missing.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used before. Your progress is saved to your account and comes back when you sign in.
