Terms of Use
1.Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Learn Lebnene mobile app, the website learnlebnene.com, and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. On iPhone and iPad, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; on Android, to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. A parent or guardian may set up the Service for a child and is responsible for the child's use.
3.Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription (Core or Pro). Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, and through Google Play on Android, and renew automatically.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
- A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same length at the then current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings, or on Android in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. If a price changes, Apple or Google notifies you before it applies.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
4.Your Content
You keep all rights to the content you add to the Service, such as flashcards and lesson slides you import, feedback, and ideas. You give Learn Lebnene permission to store and process that content only to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you import. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
5.Our Content
The lessons, recordings, pictures, songs, and other materials in the Service belong to Learn Lebnene or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them.
6.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by trying to access it in ways we do not provide, copying or scraping its content, reverse engineering the app, interfering with its operation, or posting content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
7.Changes to the Service
We work to improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features and content. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last revised. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.
8.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Lebnene makes no warranties about the Service and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
9.Ending Your Use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, Delete account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
